Call me a loser and I will have Satan's hounds chew your balls off!
So I'm probably not the most open guy when it comes to TV shows and stuff. I'm kind of set in my ways since I don't watch too much TV so for years I've watched the same shows and never strayed. Well maybe once or twice. My point is that I stick to the shows I like and that's it.
Mostly I was an NBC kind of guy for the exception of a couple of shows like Charmed, Queer As Folk, and Sex and the City. But a lot happened last year TV wise.
Friends went off the air (and so did Sex and the City) and that threw thursday nights all out of whack for me... so when the new season began I was watching even less TV than before. No "Joey"... no "Will and Grace" (which I loved) so I pretty much stuck to Charmed and Law and Order: SVU.
Why am I sharing all this? Oh yeah! I was making a point. Anyway onto that point. When this season came around with shows like "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost" I didn't pay them any attention because... well... they're on ABC... and I don't like ABC. ABC stuff is usually watered down so it all sucks major ass.
However, everyone's been ranting and raving about "Desperate Housewives" so it finally got to me last week and I decided to see what the fuss was about so I downloaded all 13 episodes that had aired so far and watched. Needless to say... HOOKED! So hooked that right after my "Charmed" on sunday night (The WB, 8PM EST), I switched over to ABC to watch "Desperate Housewives" (ABC, 9PM EST).
Now onto "Lost" ... well everyone's been raving about that show too but the premise didn't really interest me at all so it was harder to get me to do the same with "Lost" as I had with "Desperate Housewives" but I decided to give it a chance anyway. I watched tonight's episode and it was good... DAMN IT! So now you know what I'll be doing for the next week... downloading the first 15 episodes of that. CRAP.
So list of shows I watch now has grown as follows:
Charmed
Queer As Folk (not airing right now)
Law & Order: SVU (I try my best not to miss it)
Lost
Alias (saw it once a really long time ago and it confused me but watched it tonight after "Lost" and liked it so it's staying this time)
Desperate Housewives
Will and Grace (on and off... 'cause it follows "Joey" and I really don't like that show.)
and yeah... that's it... there's a couple more that I watch once in a blue moon but not enough to mention.
I can't believe I just spent an entire post talking about TV. I feel like a bit of a loser now... makes me sound like I have no life. lol Okay so here's the plan... I'll go blow a hot guy and prove that I'm not a loser. LOL jk
