finally good news! killian is a-ok. we got the results for her second weekly appointment since she went into the ER and all her fluids and blood count are back to normal. =] she is most likely gonna have to be on kidney medication for the rest of her life, but hell we can live with that. she is also on a special kidney diet, but she likes it, so it works out!
it finally feels like winter around here, even though it's deceiving because the sun is out and you look outside and it looks like such a beautiful day, but it's not. it's fuck*ng cold... the single digits and negative digits have finally arrived. it's not as cold as in chicago or winnipeg (right sarahface?) but it's still pretty damn cold! oh well, it makes me look forward to spring even more.
i am trying to work out my finances so that i can go to coachella with ileana in april. it'd be fun! we'll see if i can work something out, i hope i can! hotels are so damn expensive in that area though! eeek!
joe and i went to the caps game yesterday afternoon with his parents. it was a pretty awesome game! ileana and i were trying to figure out a way for her to come out here on thursday to see them play the kings, but i don't know if it'll happen. it'd be pretty awesome if it was possible!
well, i must run out to lunch. minestrone soup. hmmm. chai tea. yeay!
