Sometime yesterday, livejournal stopped putting user names under the icons. This wouldn't be so bad if everyone used the same one or two or five icons - but a lot of people have many many more than that and some people have similar or identical icons which makes identifying who said what rather difficult. Few weeks back I ecstatically posted a new CV icon - Lord Shagswell's rose. Today, I found myself wanting to pay hommage to two men, Alan Rickman (of course) and Eamon deValera - a man I only know of through Alan Rickman's portrayal of the same in the movie Michael Collins, and yet I can pick the actual man out of group pictures.
