My father had an open-casket funeral. He died suddenly, unexpectedly, and the undertakers did an excellent job preparing his body - he truly did look as though he was asleep. We are well into October now and Halloween season is upon us. I adore Halloween - it's my favourite holiday. Not for the candy but for the costumes.
