Organix Hair Care
Since the launch of Organix hair care in Watsons Singapore, I have always wanted to give it a try but somehow did not.
During the last Watsons Members' Only sale in early March, there was a sale for any 3 Organix Vanilla Silk products for S$20. The usual price of each Organix hair product in Watsons was S$15.90. S$20 for 3 products was such a good deal! I was into hair serums / oils and bought 3 bottles of the silk serum instead of the shampoo and conditioner.
When I tried to search online for more information about the Vanilla Silk series, I found nothing. It seems like it is no longer in production. Not sure if that is why there was the promotion at Watsons, to clear the inventory.
I use it on my damp hair and after my hair is dried and though it does leaves your hair really smooth and silky but it feels a little heavy. You can feel that there is something being applied on the hair, almost silicone-like so I am a little on the fence about this product.
It smells heavenly with the vanilla bean oil. It smells like you are applying a vanilla cream frosting all over your hair. I kept a bottle on my work desk and use it when my hair feels a little dry and frizzy. My colleagues had thought I was frosting my cupcakes in the office when I used the product. Though it smells like vanilla cream frosting but a couple of my colleagues didn't like the idea of applying that on their hair and commented that it is like smearing cupcake frosting on your hair.
I love baking and love my vanilla bean so I absolutely love this scent!
Got this OGX Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco Weightless Healing Dry Oil from drugstore.com. Retailing for US7.99, there was a 20% off all OGX hair care and in addition, there was a 20% off all hair care products so I paid approximately US5.11 excluding shipping.

I tried it in several methods and only like it as a wet/damp hair detangler. Other than that, this product is too light for my dry, damaged hair. It is a liquid oil or rather, a very liquefied oil that is pretty light weight. I do enjoy the spray bottle though. It allows me to spray the product directly onto my damp hair and without touching my hair, I can run my wide tooth comb through. In this way, I will not get my palms greasy just before my makeup application.
For those who does not have dry and/or damaged hair, you will probably enjoy this product.

Well, I really like this product among the 3. It gives me the soft silky finish without being overly heavy and greasy. Love love love the texture of my hair after using this product.
The only drawback is that I do not like the way the product is dispensed. The opening of the bottle beneath the flip top cover creates a mess when you tip the bottle over to pour the product out.
I very much prefer if it is a pump or a flip-top cover. With the opening in the middle of the cover, unnecessary spills is unavoidable.
