Muji Cleansing Oil for Sensitive Skin

I finally bought the Muji Cleansing Oil for Sensitive Skin after hearing some raves from some of you ladies. I bought this trial / travel bottle of 50ml for S$5.90 from the outlet at Ion Orchard. You ladies were telling me to look out for the Sensitive Skin formulation instead of the original (due to the mineral oil content) but at the Ion Orchard outlet, I could only locate this Sensitive Skin formulation. All 3 sizes were available. 50 ml / 200ml / 500ml.

In a clear travel size bottle which I absolutely love, it comes with a pump to dispense the product. For S$5.90, it is a really decent price!

Ingredient list

Honestly speaking, I am a little on the fence about this product. The cleansing oil is a pretty thick oily substance which I am definitely not a fan of. It is so thick that when you massage the product on your face, it is a little difficult to blend it out which I absolutely hate! BUT once you emulsify the cleansing oil with water and continue to massage your face, your makeup gets dissolved almost instantly! It dissolves all my makeup so quickly that with a couple of splashes of water, your face is absolutely clean without the oily greasy residue of cleansing oils! I did the toner test and the cotton square was absolutely clean! It sure is a heavy duty makeup remover!

So, I do not like the thick oily substance but this product definitely removes / dissolves my makeup really effectively! Oh yes, it has a really weird funky scent to it which I can't really can't describe it but I definitely do not appreciate that scent.

I will probably not get the larger bottle(s) because I really do not like the thick oily texture and the funky scent to it but I must say this handy travel size bottle sure makes a excellent travel buddy! The bottle is pretty leak proof and since the product makes makeup removal effortless and effectively, you will appreciate it when you are traveling.
