Spring Break in The Gambia

What I did in The Gambia:

Stayed in a really seedy guesthouse that was probably also a brothel, complete with Russian Sailors and used condoms in the toilet.

Fed many many monkeys.

Got really close to camels.

Pet a crocodile and shook hands with another one (his name was Charlie).

Visited the national museum of The Gambia.

Drank Jul Brew, the Bud light of The Gambia, on the beach, under the stars.

Slept under a mosquito net in a hotel on the beach for under 10 a night.

Ate peanut stew at a hole in the wall food shack.

Did yoga on the beach.

Got 20 mosquito bites on my hands alone (yes, I counted them).

Now it's back in Dakar. Classes are over but I start my internship at RADDHO, a human rights org, tomorrow. Wish me luck.
