long time no update!
So its been a busy summer alright?! Work work work on top of hanging out with Joey... I mean is there really time for anything else?? Including sleep... I definately could use some catching up on sleep...
I've been staying at my new house, i'm finally mostly settled in.. But my laptop is still here at the house I'm supposed to be house sitting (except I'm not really house sitting here anymore because some weirdo stuff happened and now the spare key is missing.... So i'm too freaked out to stay here! but its okay cuz my new house is much nicer :) I have a full size bed and a down comforter and a big ol 27inch TV (yes i spent too much money in the past few weeks) and my own master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! where do YOU think i'm staying?!)
Last weekend (2 days ago) Joe and I spent the weekend in FreeSoil/Manistee/Ludington.. we went to Stearns Beach and walked around the Marina and went to the State Park later Friday night on the first day... Went to Manistee's beach and had yummy shabobs and went to Beadle's party Saturday, and also went camping Saturday night at Lake Michigan, so we spend most of Sunday out at the Lake and mommy came and made us pancakes and bacon at the campsite Sunday morning which was the perfect hangover fix.. Perfect weekend for a vacation, got a lot of sun and got a good work out playing lots of frisbee and running up and down sand dunes and walking a bajillion miles on the beach.
And the friend's and parents seemed to approve... they must not know him well enough yet! ;-)
Enough said - have to get cracking on things so I can get to bed at a decent hour for once.. have to take advantage of the boy being out of town tonight!
