Movies
John Carter: found it boring. Taylor Kitsch is an average actor at best, and while it did improve after the first 20 minutes, it just never grabbed me. I didn't care about the humans at all, the Tharks were more interesting. Sadly two hours I wish I had chosen something else.

TV
Once Upon A Time: The Evil Queen Ahh. Well, here's the crux isn't it? Regina is the Evil Queen, we meet her in Season One and she is baaad. But then in Season Two we see a softer side, one that wants to be good, wants to have Henry in her life and as a Viewer I was all for it. I felt she could change, it might be an interesting storyline, her battling her initial instincts.

With this episode, for me, she goes from being bad as an abstract, to being evil. She killed an entire village!!! Entire village people! Men, woman, children, didn't matter. I don't care but you can't come back from there. We didn't know that at the beginning of the season, and sadly that young woman in love with the stable boy, only wanting her Mother's approval is still in there, but ... Regina is evil.

And that brings me to the show in general. I loved it last year, this year it's just lost it's way. Magic is back, awesome, these pesky mundanes are around stealing/killing magic... boring. I don't care about that man's Dad, I don't care about Tamara. I want the story about the fairytales and magic. I'm a fan of moving along a storyline, keeping the Viewer enthralled, but I don't know what happened here. I hope it ends with a bang for me or I may have to cut it from the schedule. :(

I'm a week behind with these: Arrow: Home Invastion Oh Tommy. I can understand why he stepped away from Laurel (between knowing about Oliver and just the feeling he has that Laurel wants Oliver...) it's the right thing to do for everyone, but hurtful all the same.

Overall I felt the episode was ok, it's odd because Oliver is (essentially) alone again. I know Felicity is hanging around, but Diggle left, Tommy left, he doesn't have Laurel. His decision to go protect the boy (for Laurel, for Tommy, for his own mind/heart) lost him Diggle. I didn't expect him to make any other choice. Diggle will come around, he needs time to see that everyone would have died at Oliver's house had he not been there, but wanting vengence is too strong.

Interesting that Thea and Roy want to find The Hood. That should be something *g* Only a couple of episodes left. I would love for Oliver to find out that Malcolm Merlyn is corrupt, that will add to his angst regarding his best friend. :P

Supernatural: Pac-Man Fever Oh Felicia Day, how I love you. The best scene was the final one when she said "I love you" and he replied "I know". haaahaahaaa, the best Star Wars reference of the episode (and there were plenty).

This episode was fun, Princess brings the fun. But they still took care of the serious items as well. Sam's health is horrible (side note, the makeup artists did really well, he looked sickly and too skinny etc, nice job there) and there's nothing Dean or Sam can do about it. Rest is helping I'm sure, but in the end only finishing the trials will put an end to it. I did find it odd that they entered the Trials without a clear understanding of what it could cost them.

The last serveral episodes there has been no advancement of the Trials, location of Cas or Kevin... I dare say I've been enjoying that. :) I like seeing Dean so comfortable, relaxed even, but yet still hunting and kicking ass. Finding the hide out of the Men of Letters has been what the show has needed and I really hope they keep that plot and location for next season as well. Maybe have them build the Men of Letters back up, or bring someone in to "run/recruit" it. *g* I'm just rambling.

2 Broke Girls is starting to lose it's funny/edge for me. This week's episode was kind of ridiculous. Might be good it's nearing the end of the season. And How I Met Your Mother, with the bachelor party, very creative, and fit so well into what Barney would describe as legend... what for it... dary. :)

Techi
My MacBook Pro arrived yesterday!!! It's so new and shiny :) I'm happy to report that my iTunes library was been loaded, as well as some Docs and Excel files. One of which was my master rec list, so I'm happy again. The fact I need to scroll "up" to make the page go "down" is odd, but I will get used to it. Figured out that the large finger pad was also the 'clicker', and after consulting the tiny manual, that two fingers will allow me to scroll a page. I will continue to poke at it, need to download pictures fromy my camera, so the fist time I do that should be interesting.

Work
Well. The woman that was Manager before me as decided to fully retire. She's been working 4 days a week for about 18 months and she will stop working in July or August, whenever the repairs on her house are complete. Then StaffMember S wants to go down to 4 days a week starting in June (she too is of retirement age but is nowhere ready to stop working). Add in that my direct boss is being sent to San Diego for three months to try and improve the process of that office... ugh man, just ugh. So I will need to replace a Supervisor while my boss is not here.

Mr. KA has a softball game tonight so I'm going to pick up the kids and take them for a haircut, then new shoes. The shoes I bought LM#2 in February have ripped at the seams. Crazy! So they need new shoes for the spring/summer.

LM#1 is doing well with baseball, he's a good hitter, an ok thrower, a horrible catcher and hit or miss with the running. But he seems more into it this year, so that is good.
