I should be *fingers crossed, knocking on wood* closing on my house this Friday at 2pm. If not then, I have until June 4 to get everything finalized, but I really want the three day weekend to get everything painted so we can move. Sometimes I think I'm de-evolving into a teenager. I spend so much time with my kids, I'm starting to find the same things funny that they do where once I would have scoffed and said "would you please grow up?"

I came out of Walmart yesterday after picking up all the stuff I forgot to pick up the day before and the day before that to find ( this on a truck parked beside my car )

I made it back. I couldn't get stranded for a day in New York. No, that would have been too awesome. Did you know LaGuardia doesn't have internet access? What.The.Fuck? Seriously. As much as I hate living here, Indianapolis International Airport is the nicest and most comfortable airport I've ever been in.

A friend of mine sent me this picture. The following sign was up for two hours 116th and Allisonville Rd. in Fishers, IN. The person who put up the sign didn't know how to spell peonies.

Does anybody remember that? I think it was on the Kaptain Kangaroo show? Was it Bill Cosby who drew the picture pages? I can't remember. I wanted a marker that made cool sounds when I drew with it.
