This post is mostly being used as a group conversation post than anything else, but I'm not entirely sure how to contact everyone involved in a group conversation with all the differing schedules and whatnot

Well there are rental places around for storing things; I have one that's actually pretty large for $65 a month so I imagine you could probably find something cheaper.
Cats... could be a concern; there are a number of places that don't allow them, others that charge a fee (which I'd have to ask the owners to pay, since I don't own animals) and the litter you'd have to be careful about; many litters can set off my asthma (even if I don't have to take care of them.)
Figured you'd not be able to transfer since we don't have your stores up in Green Bay. Hopefully employment won't be too big an issue; we do have a few stores that do offer "You Bag" lanes though :P The city does have a metro service so getting around town shouldn't be too difficult!
*nod* I hate that whole thing with charging extra for pets. Kids tend to cause far more damage to living space than pets do and they don't charge extra for kids. We ended up where we are now because it was one of the places that didn't charge extra for pets. We tried to find a place that would let us keep the dog, too, but everyone had rules against Pit Bulls so we had to give her up. :(
