oxoniensis has a "Take a Sad Song and Make It Better" fest goin' down right now. So between writing fic like a mad thing, I drew this. I'm... not entirely thrilled with it, but it ain't bad.

Artist's Notes: Every goddamn time I draw Steve Rogers, he looks different. It's a problem.
(Steve hasn't passed into Midgard, and he's not among the living. He's stranded, somewhere between the two, in a place where none but Stephen Strange or Brian Braddock really have any business going. But as far as strange mystic realms go, this one's not so bad. It's calm, peaceful. The smell of summer hangs in the constantly cool evening air, and the chirps of crickets occasionally ring out from the soft grass.
It's not a place Steve can stay. But for now it's not bad at all.)
