(no subject)
today was my first day at work and it was pretty cool cause everyone in there has a different accent. the store manager is some awesome french guy, and the guy who's training me is from africa, and the guy who gets the shopping carts (i think) has a very small iq, but he's always got a big smile and seems really nice. the girl who works in the hygeine section is pretty cute, and she helped me find toothpaste and soybean powder.
my closest friend that i have right now has only known me for 4 months. i feel like i really don't have anything left of the past. well, maybe little remnants here and there, which i am not in any way planning to discard and forget about. i think it makes you realize how great the people who stick by you actually are.
its really late and i haven't slept much this past week, but i think tomorrow's gonna be warm so i can ride my bike into the city and actually explore for a while.
oh and brad and emma lee are coming to visit me and i can't wait. eva probably is too, and rusty said he might be able to as well, which means my future is lookin pretty bright.
