Sora watches Mimi from a distance, how she sits in a beautiful meadow (that type you don’t find on Earth but only in the Digi-world) and picks colorful flowers, braiding them to a floral wreath for Paimon.
She takes in the contented expression on Mimi’s face, hears a faintly hum coming from her lips and can’t help but smile. Sometimes Sora thinks, if she could only be more like girly-girl, pretty like Mimi, they could be best friends. She would love to be closer to the other girl, but up until now they never had the opportunity.
Sora turns away and sighs, when a voice calls her back. “Sora!”
She stops in her tracks and looks back, sees Mimi walking over to her with that bright smile Sora likes so much.
“Look, these are for you,” Mimi offers and doesn’t wait for an answer as she puts the beautiful wreath around Sora’s neck. “You like them?”
Sora is surprised, needs a moment to realize. But then she laughs and beams right back at Mimi.
“They are wonderful! Thank you so much!”
Mimi’s smile turns a little shy. “I really want us to be friends …”
Sora feels a blush coming up. “Uhm … I- I‘d like that very much,” she answers with a soft voice, making Mimi laugh.
