Narcissa lies in her bed but is wide awake. Her heart beats way too fast, the blood rushes in her ears, but nevertheless the first stroke of the big clock sounds through the house and makes the girl shriek.
…one…
She imagines Bella opening up her eyes;
…two…
putting on her slippers;
..three…
getting out of bed;
…four…
creeping through her room;
…five…
carefully opening the door;
…six…
looking out that nobody’s there;
…seven…
scurrying through the hall, halting on front of a wooden door.
…eight…
That door to Narcissa’s room opens now, a dark figure she recognizes as her sister enters.
…nine…
Narcissa doesn’t dare to move a single muscle.
…ten…
Bellatrix gets into her sister’s bed without asking for permission.
…eleven…
“Let’s play, Cissy. Come on, I know you like that game!”
…twelve.
Narcissa doesn’t but is too afraid to say so. So she’s doing the same thing she does every night when the clock strikes midnight and Bellatrix pays her a visit: She closes her eyes and hopes that it will be over soon.

femslash100 - Drabbletag5: broomstick
Pansy never really liked to fly on a broom. It was uncomfortable, dangerous, and oh Merlin did you see what your hair looked like after a flight?
But all of that changes when she pays Draco a visit some day and sees Narcissa, that beautiful, elegant woman on a broomstick flying around the Quidditch-field they had built for Draco.
“Draco is not here yet, darling. Would you like to join me for a little trip?” the pure-blood woman asks after landing.
Pansy wrinkles her nose. “No, thank you. How can you enjoy something like that?”
Narcissa’s lips curl into a small but meaningful smile. “I think I’ll have to show you how to ride a broomstick properly.”
And since Pansy doesn’t want to be rude, she agrees. She follows Narcissa’s orders to put her legs this and that way, to lean over like that and keep the right posture. And when Pansy starts to fly, she feels why Narcissa is so fond of a broomstick between her legs …

“Pansy! Sorry you had to- Wait, what are you doing on a broomstick?” Draco asks his friend just as she descends next to him. “Wow, your face is all red … are you thinking your participation on the Quidditch-Team over?”
Pansy and Narcissa share a look and the younger one grins. “Indeed, I actually am.”

Lily enjoys the dinner at home, has fun answering the never-ending questions about Hogwarts. Her mother has a smile on her face all the time, and Dad looks at her like he’s never been prouder.
The only face that’s unfriendly is Petunia’s. She doesn’t say a single word and every try of the redhead to get her to talk fails.
She sighs but keeps her happy composure for her parent’s sake.
Later that evening, when she’s alone in her room, she considers her possibilities. She could just accept the fact that she lost her sister for good; or …
Lily looks through her stuff and finds a little box with chocolate. Special chocolate. She decides to take her chance, gets up and places the box in front of Petunia’s door, knocks twice and then hurries back. She hopes Petunia still loves chocolate as much as she used to …
Lily wakes from a sudden movement on her bed. “Wha-“ she wants to ask, but is hushed by two lips that seal her mouth.
“Hush, Lily,” she hears the voice of her sister whispering. “I missed you so much,” Petunia manages to say before she kisses Lily again.
The redhead is confused, but finally something is dawning on her.
The chocolate!
It seemed to have worked better than intended …
“Petunia, I-“
“Shhh. I’m sorry for earlier. Let me make it up to you,” the older girl says and Lily’s answer is caught in her throat when Petunia starts to touch her breast.
