Kitty walked along the hallway eating an apple when she passed Kurt’s room and almost choked on the fruit. She stopped dead in her tracks and looked through the open door at her furry friend who posed in front of his mirror … in a bright orange Hawaiian shirt that didn’t go with his blue color at all.
“Oh my goodness,” she exclaimed laughing and approached him. “You’re not really planning on wearing this on our vacation, are you?”
Kurt’s smile faltered and he raised his head to look confidently back into his mirror.
“What do you know about fashion?” he asked with a snobby tone, which made Kitty laugh even more.
“Well, I know that THIS is not fashionable.”
“Oh, shut it, you- You have no sense of fashion AT ALL!” Kurt yelled and thew one of his shoes after Kitty, but of course if flew right through her.
“Forgive me, oh great fashionista, I am unworthy,” Kitty said while turning around and leaving the room, her laughter still audible.
Kurt threw the door shut and gritted his teeth, returning to the mirror, admiring himself. He thought he looked really good.
“Oh well,” he said and sighed. “Was kann man von einem Bauerntrampel erwarten,” he muttered in his mother-tongue and winked at his reflection, flashing a toothy white grin. He was SO going to wear this on the cruise.
