It was the title of NCIS this week
It was used in NCIS:LA
It was used in The Good Wife
It in The Mentalist commerce
All in the same week. Now i know its all the same networks and they all have the same people in charge but I still thing that is odd because I had never head the phrase before this week and now its all over the place.
