oh wow, I hope tomorrow's brunch is on, otherwise i may have too much yummy goodness,
Modified my moms spaghetti pie recipe,
Used 3 kinds of soba noodles(white wheat and buckwheat), cooked and drained them then blended lots of eggs a little flower and baking soda, Swiss cheese and Chabichou du Poitou hard goat cheese, and some spices put it all in a pieshell being careful to get the blended egg/cheese stuff down under and around the soba and baked it at about 350 for about an hour until golden.
made too much and put some in a smaller bowl with no crust, dusted it with red pepper and a little chile sesame oil, and garlic powder, had that for breakfast! Wow!
Nice thing is its a dish that gets improved by being reheated.
