I've gained 15 lbs! Jesus Christ I need to stop stuffing my fat face! :O I know weight is all relevant and that I don't have to conform to unrealistic body standards yada yada yada but I WILL say that I've graduated from a size Medium to a size Large and I am NOT happy. Since I'M not happy with it (the world I could care less about), I've picked ( Read more... )

I'm a size 9, so I can sympathize, though actually a US/Canada size 9 is a size 25 in Japan (stands for 25cm) which a lot of shoe places carry. You just have to be willing to order online. Shoe shopping at retail stores sucks ASS for me just for that very reason you listed above. They never have anything above an 8.

You will have legs that can crush steel and look amazing while doing it.

While that's undoubtedly awesome, I'm hoping to just lose general body fat all over. Not sure how to go about that, though. I'm hoping to still squeeze in every-other-day-workouts at the gym, so I don't just have PRO-WRESTLER LEGS WITH A MUFFIN TOP.

Anyway, I'm glad your roommate situation is better (I remember it being pretty Christ-awful?), but it sucks that you're still having money problems. I remember that my entire year of living alone was full of awesome but I went to sleep every night drowning in fear about my fiscal situation. Still, is there any hope that your dad's about to kick someone out? Or will you have to see your mom's gf a lot, if you live with them? I mean, I don't really get along with my brothers but I also never SEE them, so it's not that bad.

So if you're getting a BA in Education does that mean you want to be a teacher? Or did you mean more like a college professor (hadn't really pictured you as a high school teacher, sorry)? Education is definitely a steady job market but secondary-level is SOOOOO much better than public level (elementary, middle, high school) just because of the schedule and the teaching flexibility. Of course, the standards for that level are also a lot higher, so...

Congrats on your boyfriend, BTW! ^__^ Er, why exactly are your mates whacked out about it? O.o I mean, unless he's creepy. Or a male version of me. Then I'd have to caution against further relationshipping. (VERBS LAWL) But seriously, as long as he's nice and stuff and at LEAST has a job then I'm happy for you.
