So Michigan has been pretty excellent so far. I flew into the Kalamazoo airport a little after 7 on Wednesday night; Mom picked me up and we hung out together until Dad came home, whereupon we hung out more, catching up and planning our trip to the Smokies. Despite my plane being delayed an hour and a half on Saturday, I made it safely home! Mom and Dad met me at the airport in Chicago and (after waiting for my baggage for 45 minutes) we set off north-eastward for home.
