Happy American Thanksgiving, all! ♥♥♥
My opening tag is totally unrelated to the entire entry lmao. It's been a rather hectic week--first class has been canceled the past two days because the Seattlites don't know how to handle four inches of snow. Coupled with Thanksgiving holidays = SIX DAY WEEKEND! /o/
I made it home okay (eff yeah five hour drive in thanksgiving day traffic + snow!!) only to be greeted with:
Me: Mom, Dad, brothers, I am homeee
Mother: You've gained weight
Dad: Why do you have such dark eyebags. Are you partying up there :\
Brothers: You're stupid. Haha you look fat. *ignores*
Mom: Are you sure you're not pregnant or something? Why are you so puffy?
Me: Ya'll have so little faith. ;___;
Except this time around there are random spurts of opera fanboying (my dad is going through an opera phrase whut), and more nagging from my mother (with my dad piping up every so often) about even thinking of ever wanting to visit South Korea or anywhere ever.
I swear it's like going back five years in the past. Nothing ever seems to change. Family still thinks that I'm somehow a party girl with no common sense whatsoever D:
In other news, I spent most of yesterday playing in the snow and taking pictures. I don't know how my family thinks I'm such a party animal, I think my maturity levels are more around the lines of a seven year old. I took pictures with my white Totoro for pete's sake.
