Dorama ga suki :p
I'm watching Gokusen 2 via youtube now because I'm plan to watch all the dramas's featured on the Seishun Amigo single (Dragonzakura, Nobuta, and Gokusen 2) :D
Nevermind that I'm halfway watching Dragonzakura and that I haven't finished watching the first Gokusen. :p
But I do have some things to say about Gokusen 2 (from what I can gather from it...)
first off, I like Kame's Gokusen!style over his Nobuta!hair. It looks much sleeker :D On the other hand, I like Yamapi's Nobuta!hair over his DZ!hair. Nobuta has the best uniforms. Those were cute uniforms. :P
Yamapi -> Yuusuke (DZ)/Akira (NwP)
Kame -> Ryu (G2)/Shuuji (NwP)
Teppei -> Hideki (DZ)/Takeda (G2)
Yankumi vs Sakuragi-sensei
-The main student in trouble. The teacher decides to help him.
*Dragonzakura - Yuusuke's family is going through financial trouble, so Sakuragi-sensei agrees to pay off the debt if Yuusuke joins his Tokyo University class. Yuusuke joins the class.
*Gokusen 2 - Ryu's family basically disowned him. So Ryu hangs out with thugs. Ryu also says he has a debt to pay off, and can't go back to school. Yankumi pays off the 'debt'. But Ryu lied. He returns the money later on.
-a student refuses to go to class
*Yankumi chases after them until they get into trouble. Then she helps them in a way so that they have to go to school.
*Sakuragi-sensei does not chase after them. He leaves them alone until Ino-sensei goes and chases after them. When she doesn't know what to do or fails, he makes an appearence and sets them straight.
-Students
*Yankumi doesn't mind them, as long as they are not cowardly. She mentions 'precious students' a lot. Then if she gets mad, she goes Yakuza-like.
*Sakuragi-sensei calls them idiots. Much crueler to the students. He doesn't get mad, he gets logical. :p Hates quitters.
-Goal
*Yankumi's goal is to make her students better people. They can still be beating people up, but not in a cowardly way.
*Sakuragi-sensei's goal is to make low achieving students reach their full potential and get them into Tokyo University.
Yuusuke vs Ryu
-Family
*Ryu hates his home life, from what I can gather. And so he is hanging out with thugs.
*Yuusuke is fiercely protective of his mom and was contemplating on quitting school to pay off the debt.
-Friends
*The first time we see Ryu with his 'friends', they start a fight. They are not on good terms. I'm not sure why yet.
*Yuusuke is a bit aloof towards them. But he comes running to help them if the situation calls.
...I just noticed that Koike Teppei was in DZ and Gokusen. They were fairly big parts too. I think Teppei should have got a track or something on the Seishun Amigo single because he was in two of the said dramas XD
All in all, I like Nobuta wo Produce over Gokusen and DZ. Akame's has a war going on, Yuusuke is rather aloof to Hideki, whereas Shuuji-Akira interaction is much more lighthearted and fun. I can't wait for Kurosagi. It looks cool. :D
