Law School Visits, Part I

Logan International Airport is officially my favorite airport ever, because it has free wireless internet and my gate is delightfully uncrowded.   I also rather liked Boston.  The T reminds me of the metro, which should probably not be a good thing, but I haven't been in DC in a week, so I am pleasantly nostalgic.

On Thursday, after visiting Boston College law school (beautiful library, warm and fuzzy), Ben and I met up with Matt and Bitsy.  Matt showed us Boston University law school tower (ugly), the views of Cambridge from across the river (gorgeous) and his law journal's office (small, containing a Bitsy.  We walked through the neighborhoods to their Brookline apartment (very pretty, beautiful views of Boston) and then to dinner at The Publick House where I reaffirmed that I do not like cream sauce and where Bitsy, Ben and I shared a bottle of hard cider.  It mostly tasted like apples, and I very much enjoyed watching the Ben drink alcohol.  The next day I visited  BU, which was not warm and fuzzy, but actually still really fun.  And featuring a very good free lunch.

I'm still skeptical of this law-school-in-a-city situation, but it was a good trip.

Next up, University of Minnesota.
