I was officially named the winner of the first-annual Woodland Park Zoo Calendar Cover Photo Contest, with my photo "Leonine Lovers" garnering 398 votes during the four day voting period on the zoo's Facebook site.  About 160 photos were submitted for this contest before they made a cut to the top 10 for the final voting. Well out of the three NCAA March Madness pools I entered, I failed miserably (as did almost everyone else) but I still came away a winner.
