WARNING!! I'm outraged and i'm going to rant
Don Imus, i want you to know that i support you and i am behind you one hundred percent. The only thing i disagree with is that you went on Al Sharpton's radio show and apologized. Especially to that racist son of a bitch. I understand why you apologized, you're trying to salvage your career but by apologizing you're admitting that you did something wrong and you DID NOTHING WRONG. It's okay when a black comic or radio show host, calls white people "skinny ass crackers" but it's not okay for you to say "nappy headed hoes"
First of all, calling someone a nappy headed hoe is fucking hillarious. Patrice O'neal, a BLACK comic even said so on the Hannity and Colmes show. IT wasn't said in racist or mean manner...it was a joke and should be taken as such.
And of course Al Sharpton gets involved, because there's a camera involved. He's a fucking idiot. He only comes out when there's publicity to be had or he can make a point of how prevalent racism is among white people. What about your own people you two-faced bastard? IT's okay for rappers and comics of the black persuasion to use "nigger" or "nigga" and it's okay for Flavor Flav to have the show he had...but it's not okay for Imus to say what he said. Bullshit, the bastard is two-faced and is more of a racist than the white people he war-mongers against.
That is the fucking problem with this country is that we're coddled and we're pussies. We can't say shit without someone getting upset. And the biggest problem is that shows like Opie and Anthony and Howard Stern and even Preston and Steve will get saddled with further restrictions to their shows because of this. The PROBLEM is that once we let one of these special interest groups get their way and screw someone over because of a singular comment that ISN'T hurtful, every other fucking special interest group thinks that they can get in on the fray. And there comes a point where these shows can't say shit and they lose the vim and vigor and edge that makes them special.
Sharpton says that he will campaign for the firing of Imus. Why? Does that mean that white people should campaign for the firing of Sharpton from his radio show for the shit that he says that are disparaging against caucasians? Of course not, because as soon as we did we'd be racist. But he can do this and it's okay. TWO-FACED and WRONG! FUCK YOU SHARPTON.
It is my sincerest hope that Imus comes back better than ever and doesnt' allow this incident to change his program very much. As i said before, Mr. Imus I am behind you and i support you in this and believe that you have done nothing wrong and do not deserve the shit you're taking.
To Al Sharpton and the members of the NAACP and black congress members that are taking this a personal crusade. Rather than worry about asinine comments that an old white man says. Why don't you direct your energy towards the most popular music in the world, rap music, and the negative impact is has towards our youth.
