I don't really want to bitch about flood waters, especially after dame_ningen had to go through this winter (actually, summer, I guess... Oh... Australia...), but my last post was a bit too optimistic too soon.
In any case, we are in the part of Endwell that has to evacuate, and the Sheriffs are towing boats around in hopes not to repeat the last disaster. Apparently, handling the 2006 flooding was such an all around fuck up, they don't want to repeat it again so they're overreacting a bit.
You know what one of the saddest things is, though? I'm still going to have to go into work tomorrow despite being homeless. Hooray.
