I miss being in school, but I don't miss exams. Anyways this is a busy week for me. I have a show on Thursday and I've been practicing with either band almost every day. I had Jumper practice on Sunday at Tim Hope's house. Nathan, Mark, and I all rode in Nathan's vehicle. Everything was cool until we left and I noticed a funny noise as soon as we hit paved road. Flat tire. So we back up into the driveway and manage to get the tire changed. It was dark and a little chilly. Lucky for us Tim had a jack and a little lantern. After the spare is on the damn thing won't start and then it keeps stopping. Nathan is getting pretty aggravated at this point. I'm totally not going to make it to work on time. Once we get moving we go for about a quarter mile before the SPARE BLOWS OUT. Unbelievable. We end up having to wait for a tow truck on the side of the road in the middle of Floyd county. I'm sick of being cold. After all is said and done I was two hours late to work.

Practiced Monday with Gravity trying to get everything ready for the 16 Blocks (new local art/music publication) benefit show on Thursday. I'm a bit surprised by how NOT ready we may be. As long as nothing changes I'll be okay. I'm missing the Weds practice to practice with Jumper. I'm a little nervous about the show, not sure how we are going to come across. KC brings a great positive energy and I'm sure that will help. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
