Crazy cat! My cat is 18 years old, very arthritic in her back legs which makes it difficult for her to jump up onto the bed, or laps or anywhere really, and tiny. And yet a giant Tom got into our house the other night and I woke to hear an enormous screaming cat fight right outside Maddi's bedroom door, at 2 in the morning. Scared us all to death! I chased the Tom out the cat flap, and checked to see that Zeb wasn't bleeding or dead, then went back to bed. In the morning we found huge clumps of cat fur on the carpet. None of it was from Zeb. She is secretly Mohammed Ali!!
However she is terrified of the dwarf rabbit we're looking after, and it's half her size. It bounced up to her this morning, and she spat at it a few times, then when he came right up into her face she turned and ran! Craziness... The rabbit is completely unfazed by anything, he stays with another teacher sometimes who has an enormous dog. Muffin climbs into the dog bed, snuggles in under the dog and goes to sleep!
