Thank you for your recent Fandango.com purchase for the highly anticipated film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Unfortunately, we have recently been notified by the theater that you selected, Loews Universal Citywalk Cinemas, that there was an error in their scheduling and they will no longer be showing Harry Potter in the Imax version at the time you purchased for. These times have been disabled for future sales on Fandango and have been removed from our site shortly. Please visit the theater at your earliest convenience and they will be happy to help you with an exchange for a different show time. We have been informed that all valid Imax show times for Friday night, 11/18/2005, have been sold out but the theater will accommodate you for a different available show date if an Imax screening is desired.

Not that i'm a big Harry Potter fan, but the fuck? They want me to drive my ass all the way to Universal Citywalk, pay the $8 parking fee, and wait in a fucking line just to get a refund for THEIR screwup?! And not only that, but i can't even watch the movie that night if i wanted to?! THE FUCK IS THAT?!
This is why i go to Arclight. No hassles, friendly service, great popcorn, excellent theaters and no need to rush to grab good seats (since seats are assigned). Too bad they're not showing Harry Potter :(
Fuck Fandango. Fuck Universal Citywalk as well... i mean, 8 bucks for parking? For a fake mall with crappy overpriced novelty stores and pseudo versions of LA restaurants? Ridiculous. This is why i almost never go there unless i have to. Fandango and Citywalk can eat a dick.
