Poor Customer Service

My mortgage company is driving my crazy. I've had an issue with my escrow account (two issues in fact) that started months ago. I got tired of not ever hearing back from them - they have never called me back - and decided to put all the details in an email to their customer service department so a manager could review and get back to me.

I submitted my email on Monday. Today (Thursday), I received the following response from them:

Thank you for selecting the Internet as your means of communicating with CitiMortgage, Inc. Our response to your Payment inquiry is below.

Please contact our Payment Division directly, at 1-800-723-7906* regarding your payment inquiries. Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm ET, Friday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET.
