(no subject)
Have any of you ever seen "The Holiday"? It's a chick flick, so some of you are excluded, but I want to ask a favor. If I EVER become Kate Winslet's character, someone help me. I'm not there yet, and Ryan's not that kind of a dick, but if I ever find someone that is and they do that to me PLEASE wake me up. Other than that, absolutely loved the movie.
I miss people. Is this the new world, not really knowing anyone outside of work? Oh wait, I know one other person, and I met him in a bar. Nice guy though, -really- tall. I really don't think I'm close to his shoulders. The fun part is that if we're on a team playing foosball, he can be the outside people and I can be the inside ones because he can stand behind me and just stretch out his arms. They even have slack. O_o
I want to travel and see people, but I ahve to remember that it's not always the same when you go back. Being in Brockport had it's moments, but parts of it really sucked. If we weren't haveing a good time at the ace we were staying at, we didn't have another place to really go. A lot fo walks were taken that weekend. I did see Dan on Sunday, and yes I felt the need to drink to be really civil. I said one bad thing. It was really bad. But as I remember, it was right before he left and up until then we were actually having a good time. I had really missed Jim too.
