WoW.

Yes, that's how interesting my day was.
Really.

Been to the gym today doing something called Shape, which is group training working on your strength using weights and barbells but also includes just bodyweight exercises. I'd better get at least a little bit shaped after this. I'm aching already!

I had my friends over for dinner last night and they stayed for a lot longer than I expected, hence no update for January 14th and this entry will have to be backdated ( Read more... )

Or in other words: Dancing your ass off! Feeling is more important than the moves/looking good. Had never heard of Sh'bam before but my friends made me go and it was awesome! A gym night with body pump, which happened to turn into a WoW night with xp.
Why? Arms still hurt like hell. There's no way I can lift lots of weights when I can't even wash up without aching.
