Mine are still aching from laughing so hard! Poor
Raditz! What was
Toma trying to do? Kill off the members of his own team by having them suffering from frostbite?
I'm defending the flag, because that's my job in this miserable war, and the next thing I know it, I see my husband a member of the enemy team coming over to me, wearing a pair of Speedos in this freezing cold weather. The poor guy was a sheet of goose pimples, hugging himself to keep warm, his lips turning blue.
And then he had the cahonies to try to pull some cheesy pickup line.
"Wwwwwwwhhhhaaaattttssss aaaaaaa gggggoooood loooooking laaadddddyyy ddddoooing..."
I couldn't let him continue. "In a place like this?" I finished for him, before I burst into laughter.
Meanwhile, Toma tried to sneak up and take the flag. Of course, I had my arm around the poll, so I just turned around and whipped the snowball I was holding in my other hand and knocked him clear off the roof.
Of course, the bad news is that neither side one, so there is still war in this house. But,
Piper,
BJ and I are lucky. We have each other. Poor Raditz is all alone. No one to plan with. Although I think tonight planning won't be on his mind, he's thinking of hot baths and warm fireplaces.
Which of course will give us the chance to plan further. *Rubs hands together* This will end tomorrow. And it will end with the green team being victorious.
Of course we also have to make some more popcorn balls. I taught Piper and refreshed Beej's memory on how to make those the other night. I think Piper was a little shocked when I told her she needed to put butter all over her hands in order to make them. Then, when I explained it was so the carmel coated popcorn wouldn't stick to your hands while you were trying to make nice balls out of it, she caught on. Daikon and BB wanted to help too, but most of their help seemed to consist of putting butter on their hands and trying to touch each other and our clothing to get it all greasy. Extra laundry for Mommy, of course. *g*
Well, we have the house to ourselves for a little while before Raditz gets home from work. It's time for us to take advantage of this and do some serious planning.
