Okay

After reading his last entry, I think my son is cracking up. I know he has a vacation coming up from school soon, and I think he really needs it.

But, I do have to admit, it's been a lot of fun using the snow forts as training. The only problem seems to be that we're at a standstill. Neither side getting an advantage over the other. But it is lots of fun and it does keep us on our toes as we try to come up with new and better ways to outsmart, outthink, and outrun, the other team. But poor Raditz! This house has three of his dreaded enemy green team in it! He must be feeling so alone at times. I think he's been trying to enlist BB and Daikon when we're not looking. Which isn't exactly fair, they're the civilians of this game!

Yesterday I went to Goten's cooking class armed with sauce. I'm still trying to talk Goten into having a class that teaches everyone how to make a good, base, tomato sauce, but he's saying he might want to wait until late summer where we can actually make it from garden grown tomatoes. I have to give him that one, it's a better idea. It just seems so far away. Especially when I look outside and see the temperature. It's been cold lately.

But it was really nice having lasagna for dinner last night. And we had lots of it, because both Piper and I had been at class. The funny thing was watching as both Raditz and Beej swore up down and sideways they could tell who's was who's. Neither Piper and I could tell, since all of it was in identical aluminum pans, but clearly we're not the experts Beej and Raditz are!

Well, I'm going to head out to go food shopping soon. And event I need to do way too often. I'll need to see if Piper wants to tag along. She had so much fun the last time!
