Life Goal Get! ICAF!
It's out! And while people over twitter, google+, and FB already know, I'll be going to Vermont this Fall to take part in the INTERNATIONAL COMIC ARTS FORUM! (omg, can I use glitter text for this? Wait....
While my larger goal is to get published someday in the International Journal for Comic Arts, a journal that I have been reading to understand a lot about comics (and the only one available in hard copy in our university) the forum attached to IJOCA is just as much a goal~
I don't care so much of the poverty I'm experiencing prior to this but HEY! THIS'LL BE AWESOOOOOME!! <3 <3
I feel honored to be accepted in this forum, more so over a study I felt strongly about~ <3 The journey to get to this conference will be awesome since Karl and I will be travelling at various pit stops. It's like Amazing Race and this will be the prize in the end! HAHAHAHA!! Here's hoping Karl and I won't have to kill each other! XDD
Also... OMG, VERTICAL WILL BE THERE TOO! AND CASEY BRIENZA! AND OMG!!! SO MUCH FUN! I CAN'T WAIT FOR FALL!
But first... I must finish my research for this paper!
