Tomboy in a dress
I think I was somewhat offended yesterday. I was talking to my friend Sean, and I mentioned that I was kinda nervous about Prom, and not the good anticipation nervous, the bad..."oh shit" nervous. And I couldnt put my finger on excatally WHY I felt tat way. Sean, (being his blunt ass-holey self) said "Kitten, you have never been comfortable in a dress. Remember your cousins wedding? I know that you've become more girly over the years, but just because you now have boobs and look hot in a skirt, dosent mean that you are girly. Underneath you're still the little tomboy that we all love."
Whyat he said made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but stil.....ever since freshman year, Ive wanted to know what it feels like to walk in a store (like Kohls, or pennys or whatnot) and not feel like everyone is watching me. I mean, I know they arent, but I just dont feel comfortable shopping in stores like that, and I hate it. (which is why i refused to even go look at dresses alone....) Meh, I dont even know why I wrote that....pre-formal-occaision jitters I guess.
In other news! ..... IM IN LOVE! Her name is Evie and shes my brand new (to me atleast) RED MUSTANG!!!!!!! WOOOOOOO HOOOOO!!!! Sean and Lizzy and I named her yesterday, horray! I drov her around, and its cool, cause Im not bouncing around all over the place, and I can go 60 without my engine struggling, AND she has a cd player....woot! and did I menntion shes RED???? YAY!
