(no subject)
Luke is definitely smiling more often these days. It is so fun to see him smile and make non-crying noises. Here are a couple pictures of him smiling and generally looking happy. :)
Sometimes I get frustrated when he's being fussy or won't eat well, but somehow the frustration just melts away when he gives me one of those smiles. Sometimes I starting thinking (or saying -- I say my thoughts out loud a lot these days) that Luke is supposed to do this or that (usually having to do with eating or sleeping) and then I realize... he's a baby. He doesn't know what he's "supposed" to do. He didn't get a script to memorize in the womb.
Ben and I just got caught up on Lost. We spent Friday and Sunday evening at the Wampler's watching 10 episodes from season 2. I have a feeling it's going to be a lot more frustrating to watch the show as it comes on. While we were catching up we didn't have to deal with commercials and at the end of an episode we could just pop in the next one. I don't know if I'm going to be able to deal with the suspense from week to week. So I guess we've officially given up on Smallville. Lost is our new show. Yeah, yeah, join with the masses.
