Someone's blog recently got off on a discussion of Santa and several of us were trying to explain the phenomenon to someone who certainly knew all about it and understood it from an intellectual perspective, but just didn't quite get it in a visceral sense. I'm trying to get myself in the holiday spirit so I've started listening to Christmas music.
