I survived my first week of school! My students turned out to be alright, which is all for the better.
I haven't truly been on semesters since high school, so I've forgotten how incredibly long they seem! September, October, November, and half of December. Blergh. Hopefully, I'll be busy enough to get to December and suddenly realize that the semester has finished. I am getting back into the swing of "I can't go out, I need to read/study/write a paper/do something productive", which is both good and bad.
