Seriously. Driving by yourself from Minnesota to New York and back again, you learn to appreciate a lot of things on the road. Just you, a can of Monster, and the seventh book of Harry Potter on CD. There's nothing quite like the open road. :)

Oh man, I really wanted to buy the 7th Harry Potter book on CD, but it cost around $80, whereas Jack Kerouac's book cost around $20.

I do also want to drive to New York, it would be great. How long did it take you?

Actually, I got the seventh book on CD for like, 40 bucks at Barnes and Noble. But it was on sale. Sigh.

It took me two days to drive, spending like, 7 hours at my friend from Basic Training's house in Ohio. It's so nice to know people in other states. :D

And apparently, for the cruise, my best friend and I are driving down to Miami in January. That'll be an interesting trip.

Oy, that's lucky. Maybe I should shop at that Barnes and Noble, hmmm. Quite a sale!

Haha yes, I agree, it can be marvelous to know people in other states, it beats having to stay in a hotel or motel.

Oooh a cruise from Miami in January? That's it, I'm hiding in your luggage.

My friends and I in NY were planning a road trip to minnesota, and we knew people every 6-or-less hours!! I bet you could figure out people too! We just knew people in NJ, PA (my parents), OH, Chicago, Postville IA, and Rochester! And that's that :)
