New place!

Moved in on Saturday. Paid removalists this time which made it much more seemless and less painful on everyone involved. I had been going pretty constantly here to get everything in order so i don't stress out like last time.Still heaps of stuff to put away but all the important stuff is done. 3 bedrooms all with cupboards! I have a set of draws in one cupboard just for my sewing stuff!. One bedroom is the comp/book/sewing room, one is the main and the other is my birdroom.

Birds seem to be settling in nicely, the whole room except the window and roof is lined with sheets so I am hoping to be ok with the Keet mess. The other houses i was in didn't have screened windows so i couldn't leave windows open unless i was in the room, this place is fully screened so they get nice fresh air all the time. Scuddy and Weenie will be moved back out  to their aviary in the next few days when i get them new gum tree perches. Trying to convince myself to get another aviary and put more outside but it's hard, i love them all so much and i know they will miss the interaction in the house. 8 lorikeets inside is alot though.

Banjo seems to like it here the yard is big and she has a few trees and stuff to get under and do stuff around. The living room has new carpet though so i have to wipe her paws everytime she comes in from outside. She is doing well, staying quite little though so I think maybe she is a beagle/american staff mix. She is not even knee high and about 7 months now, I am a big dog kinda girl but i love that she is little. She is such a friendly little dog, I think her favourite thing is meeting people.

Gardens! I have a massive yard with many little gardens edged out with rocks. The largest is going to be the vege garden and already has a large chilli tree in it. I can't wait to plan what I want in there. I know I want eggplants, mint, a lime tree, tomatos but im not sure what else. My bromeliads will all go in a seperate garden and I will find a nice little nook for my orchids and carnivouous plants. Have to come up with some ideas to fill the other spaces, maybe some pretty gingers or helconias or something.
