Before we begin, let it just be known that I have nothing against people who find that Xion isn't their cup of tea. I understand that not everyone can love just about every single character like I do. However... I do find myself arguing their reasons, on some occasions.

...I actually just composed a rather disorganized and angry essay/rant on this concept. I try to respect any and all opinions on characters of the series, but if one's canon-based facts that back their claims are wrong, then I just can't see their views on a character as being...well, reasonable.

It doesn't look good on them, and it doesn't look good on the 'view' (in this case, anti-Xion) that they're defending.

Xion might have been one of the things they started to argue about, but I think with how Axel had been acting, Roxas would have said something eventually. Of course, that's just an hypothesis.

"Xion attacked Roxas" is a pretty bad argument. For a number of reasons, as stated.

So, if Xion is hateable because she attacked Roxas (for the purposes of helping him to survive at her own expense) then where does that leave Riku, who attacked Sora on multiple occasions for far less "noble" reasons?
