I can't provide a link as this definitely isn't my kink and I try my darndest to avoid such fanfic (especially if it's as often OOC as you say), but I CAN say that someone pointed out to me the existence of such a KH fic. Or at least it was of a highly similar nature...overeating to severe inflation sort of thing.

Again, can't say where it is, so I can't help you there. :/ It is out there somewhere, though. Personally, I'm blown away by how many kinks I never even knew existed suddenly popping up in the KH fandom.

Blueberry is a type of inflation where the female victim inflates like a blueberry. It's based on the old scene in the original Willy Wonka movie where Violet chewed the gum and became a blueberry. A more acurate version of what blueberry fans have in mind can be found in the latest Wonka movie.
