Researching Axel's weapons for an old plotbunny that'd be interesting to finish off, I looked up chakrams in Wikipedia.
"One should be careful not to confuse chakram with wind and fire wheels, which are larger and used in melee."
Further down the page, they have another note: "The character Axel from the Kingdom Hearts video-game series is thought to use chakrams, but actually wields wind and fire wheels."
The article for the 'wind and fire wheels' is a stub, but interesting nonetheless.
Anyone know anything about this?
