I've had this idea for weeks, but I'm just getting around to posting it now.
My laziness aside, I came up with a crack conclusion.
That she's Larxene Other:
Meet Elle Bishop, who I personally think is Larxene's other. But I have some ideas to back this up, but the whole idea itself is mostly crack:
-They both have power over lightning
-Both are sadists
-They both have blonde hair and blue eyes But in RE:COM Larxene's eyes look green, I'm going by official art.
-Both have attacked a younger blonde on at least one occasion
Sadly I don't know much about Larxene besides what I've read On Wikipedia, not fanfics :P and some of the RE: COM scenes I've watch. Some I'm not a 100% sure on all the facts, but I'm pretty sure about them.
Also I'm not sure what other tags I should use, I'm sorry DX
