On the topic of Zexion...
CONTENT CHANGED DUE TO THE LACK OF SLEEP I HAD YESTERDAY WHICH CAUSED ME TO RANT ENTIRELY ABOUT ZEXION'S SHOES
I fail. I know. And I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
Take another good look at Zexion in this pic.
1) Zexion clearly appears younger than most of the other Organization members in the original Chain of Memories.
2) He's third shortest in the Organization, after Roxas and Larxene.
3) He's wearing the same shoes as Roxas, okay? I DON'T THINK IT'S A COINCIDENCE. I'll admit that niether Axel nor Larxene, who are usually pegged at around eighteen in fanfic (sometimes Demyx as well), wear that style of shoes (Larxene can probably be excused by her gender). Zexion, however, looks childish AND wears the [big round silly-looking] shoes, and I think the combination of those traits in his character design indicates that he actually IS younger than most everybody else in the Organization.
Conclusion: Zexion seems to be a very young Nobody, despite being one of the Organization's elders. I usually peg him in his late teens-- 17, to be exact.
Assuming that the growth spurt Namine had between Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 2 WASN'T an entirely unique side effect of her being special, it can be assumed that the other Nobodies in the Organization would have been growing just as they would have as humans. Which, since Zexion was only a little guy when he died, means that before he was a Nobody...
