I never expected to be doing this, but I've seen it so many times now that I want to kill myself. I don't actually read this community often, I pop in and read whatever is new every once in a while, so maybe someone else has been just as aggravated as I am...Anyway...
Whoever it was, I don't care who. Whoever it was who randomly decided that the City that Never Was needed patrolling? Is a moron. Why...exactly. Would the City need to be patrolled.

And I mean by the Organization. Sure, they might send out some Nobodies if they were honestly concerned by the Heartless.
But...why would they be? The Heartless are no threat to them.
And Nobody lives in the damn city.

Do you know what this is? This is a really lame plot device.
I'm tired of seeing it already.
Lots of people are satisfied to send them on 'missions' even if it makes no sense to send them there. (Uh...this and this artifact...blah...blah...Xemnas said so, that's why we're here -washes hands of it.-)
Why do you have them patrolling?
...Busy work. Something vaguely important 'sounding' for them to be doing while you arrange it so somebody gets raped in the Dark Alley of Foreboding Silence.
