So you want to write about Roxas, Sora and the other characters going to boarding school? Okay! But...
Not all all-boys' boarding schools are full of homosexual boys. In fact, not all all-boys' schools are full of homosexual boys either. My brother goes to an all-boys' boarding school and he has a girlfriend. A friend of mine goes to a boys' boarding school and he has dated at least two girls.
Also, the same case is with all-girls' boarding schools. I went to two all-girls' schools, both of which admitted day students and boarding students. Plenty of the girls there, including the ones who boarded, had boyfriends. One of them had a common room which was full of posters of men including nude ones which the teacher told us to take down!
I know that there has been some survey going around which resulted in some students at single sex boarding schools preferring the same sex during their time at school and becoming attracted to the opposite sex once they leave school. However, if this theory is true, then it won't be true for every single student. There are also homosexuals, lesbians and bisexuals in boarding schools. Again, that isn't the case for all students.
Just because some students sleep at school and share bedrooms, doesn't automatically make boarding schools brothels (as far as I know, most boarding schools would not tolerate sex in school grounds - you can get severely punished for that sort of thing - maybe even suspended or expelled). If they were, teenage pregnancy and STDs would be a lot more of a problem than they are at the moment.
So while there is nothing wrong with having a few couples in a fanfic about boarding school (whether gay or straight), do remember not everybody will be in a relationship. As hard as it is to believe of a shocker, virginity does actually does exist in boarding school. What might even be more of a shocker for you, there are people who have spent much of their school life as boarders, yet have never been in a relationship! * waves *
