A grammar problem..
I hope this rant isn't too silly. But it's still one small thing that irks me.
I would like to introduce the name-confused KH and FF X and X-2 fans to a couple of people. Major spoilers for KH II:
This is Rikku:
Description: Yuna’s cousin and an Al Bhed in Final Fantasy X and X-2 who is pretty nifty with gadgets and terrified of thunder (in the first game). A fairy in Kingdom Hearts II. She is perky, optimistic and energetic. Female.
This is Riku:
Desciption: Sora and Kairi’s best friend in Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and Kingdom Hearts II. Betrayed Sora in the first game and turned to darkness, but eventually realised his mistakes. Calm, cool, collected but also angsty and rather regretful of his actions in COM and KH II. Male.
Got that? Good.
It shouldn't be that hard to tell the difference between the two, despite the fact that their names sound very similar to each other. Please try to type out their names correctly when writing your fan fiction. I am not usually a grammar nazi, but I really don't see why their names should be that difficult to spell and remember. But then that's just me.
