Do you know that - as far as I can tell - there is no fan community on LJ just for Cid, in any incarnation? There's tons for just about every other FF or KH character out there, but the closest we get is a CidxShera community which seems to double as a Cid-stuff cache. I keep vowing to sit down and make a comm, but I know I wouldn't be able to keep up with it.

When I first saw Cid, I seriously did think that was a barrel. "What the hell are in those Final Fantasy games?!" I have been educated since that time years ago xD

And Cid has HILARIOUS potential with the Hollow Bastion computer system alone if it's not working right and he has to fix it, especially if you use FF!Cid's "little" problem of swearing XD

I love Cid. I have an RP which is mainly centered around Roxas, Namine, Axel, and how they fuck up canon -- but we surprised ourselves when we got to Hollow Bastion and just had SO MUCH FUN with the Hollow Bastion crew. I played Cid and he and Merlin had the best arguments.

And I still think Xigbar/Cid would be great. I made ladycrysiana write that for me. XD
